1 step to do :

close your eyes, 

take time to worship the lord in spirit and truth, place yourself in a place of intimacy 

with the lord for example (in your room closing the door), 

to enter that secret place where you will be with your Lord worshiping freely 

without distractions, 

                                              with spiritual adorations or songs .                                                                                       

2 step to do :

          after worship take your bible and start reading a verse of his word of the lord changes transforms your old man into a new creature in Christ Jesus, his word will strengthen you and lift you up in any situation you are going through in your life.   

3 step to do :

after reading his word, underline what struck you most or what the Lord 

spoke to you through his words and begin to put it into practice in your living diary
